Why holistic life coaching?

Zen’s life coaching offers you the opportunity to do just that. It takes a holistic approach which encompasses the mind, body and spirit, giving you the power to make real change.
As a fully qualified counsellor and mindfulness and meditation teacher, Saj has many years’ experience helping people successfully transform their lives for the better.
how does holistic life coaching work?
Saj’s holistic approach to life coaching is inspired by her spiritual experiences. She’s passionate about helping people live a calmer, happier and more meaningful life by embracing their own spiritual essence.
While life coaching is a personal growth journey, it’s a collaborative process. Saj will work with you mentally and spiritually to identify goals, break negative thinking patterns and let go of self-limiting beliefs. But perhaps most importantly, it’ll give you the tools needed to tap into your inner soul, allowing you to reach a true understanding of yourself and your true motivations in life.
Holistic Life Coaching involves methods and techniques such as motivation and behaviour change theory, cognitive behavioural therapy and meditation and mindfulness, as well as self-reflection and journaling in your own time. As part of a 10 week course, sessions can take place at Zen Community’s base in Edinburgh, or at a place that suits you.
